leaf HOSPITALITY appoints Darren Cant as Regional Operations Manager
leaf HOSPITALITY are delighted to announce the appointment of Darren Cant will be joining the business in the role of Regional Operations Manager.
Darren joins leaf HOSPITALITY having previously worked as the Regional Manager for PRIMA Hotels, where he oversaw the running of 6 properties, including the Crowne Plaza Edinburgh, the Holiday Inn Express Manchester Central Park and Hellaby Hall in South Yorkshire, accounting for a joint turnover of £22m. The hotels in Darren’s previous portfolio had significant banqueting operations and a number have been awarded Rosettes for their food offering. Darren was a General Manager and Regional General Manager in a number of 4 Star properties prior to his Regional role at PRIMA Hotels.
