Growth and development

Development isn’t an add-on, it’s part of how we operate. From your first day, you’ll have access to training and learning opportunities, from hands-on skills development to leadership programmes like our WARD Academy.

Founded in 2022, the WARD Academy is our flagship development programme, equipping our managers with the tools, mindset, and commercial understanding to become future leaders. We also offer apprenticeships, work experience, and structured paths into management across all departments.

Our managed hotel portfolio is growing, including the Hampton by Hilton Wigan (opening late 2027), and we’re always searching for new team members capable of going above and beyond to care for our guests by bringing together excellent service and a truly personal touch.
