leaf HOSPITALITY has been appointed by Leisure & Co Hotel Ltd to manage Hilton Garden Inn Peterborough, further strengthening the company’s growing portfolio of Hilton-branded hotels across the UK.
Located within the landmark Fletton Quays regeneration development, the hotel will open under the Hilton Garden Inn brand following the recommencement of construction. The hotel is expected to welcome its first guests in Summer 2027.
Once open, Hilton Garden Inn Peterborough will feature 160 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, a fitness centre and a ninth-floor Sky Bar & Terrace with panoramic views across the River Nene and Peterborough Cathedral. The hotel will also benefit from excellent transport links, with Peterborough railway station nearby and direct services to London King’s Cross in under an hour.
