We’re excited to welcome Ben Underwood as Group Operations Director.
Ben brings a wealth of leadership experience, most recently as Area General Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, and previously with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. He also served as Chair of the Cardiff & District Hoteliers Association.
Over his career, Ben has consistently driven performance across multi-site portfolios, building high-performing teams through a people-first, results-driven approach.
As Group Operations Director, Ben will help shape and lead operational strategy across our growing portfolio. His focus will be on strengthening top-line performance, embedding compliance at the core of our operations, and enhancing the guest journey. He’ll also play a key role in aligning operational excellence with our Owners’ ambitions and our continued expansion.
