We’re delighted to share that DoubleTree by Hilton Hull has been named Remarkable Business Events Venue of the Year at the Remarkable Easy Yorkshire Awards 2025.
The judges praised the hotel for its versatility, high standards, and welcoming atmosphere, noting that “the building just works as a venue for any event, whether business or pleasure”. Every public space was recognised for its excellent condition, thoughtful layout, and high-quality lighting, décor, and floral design.
But what truly stood out was the team. The judges highlighted how every staff member they met was warm, knowledgeable, and committed to creating a memorable experience, adding that the overall ambience was “relaxing” and that they would “absolutely recommend this venue.”
This award reflects the dedication of the entire team led by General Manager, Samantha Dunion, whose focus on service and genuine hospitality brings the DoubleTree experience to life every day.
